Annealing instructions for the T-Mag Ruger SR9 pistol magazine pack. Please read the information below carefully. **TABLE OF CONTENTS** - Parts - Instructions - Printing Details **PARTS** - T-Mag 17 & 21rd Mandrel - T-Mag 30rd Mandrel - Electrical tap, 90C temperature rating - (10) M3x25 socket cap screws and hex nuts **INSTRUCTIONS** - Insert the mandrel into the magazine and wrap with electrical tape. Bake in an oven set to 80C for at least 2 hours. Annealing will take longer than usual due to the extra part thickness. - Mandrel should pop out with a smack but may require driving out with a mallet and punch. **PRINTING DETAILS** - Recommended Materials - PC, PC-PBT, ASA, or ABS - General settings - Mandrel: 0.15mm layer height, 0 top/bottom layers, 0% infill (print hollow for airflow). - Dies: 0.2mm layer height, normal top/bottom and infill settings. - No supports - All STL's are oriented with the correct face to the bed. Recommend orienting the long side along the y-axis (as shown in "Printing Orientations.JPG") to minimize vibrations near the top of the print (not applicable to core xy and delta printers). - Calibrate flow using the 2-wall method (shown at https://3dprintbeginner.com/flow-rate-calibration/), round up to the nearest whole number and add 1%. For example if the calculated value is 97.4%, round up to 98% and add 1% to make 99%. Put 99% into the flow setting on your printer or slicer. - Calibrate dimensions using the included sizing calibration spreadsheet.
