Picatinny Accessory Mount CAD Templates by FFFTech/FFFTechnology

STL and STEP files of an accessory mount template that attaches to 1913 Picatinny rails. I 
designed this model myself for developing accessories for modern carbines and the like.

These files are intended to aid in firearm accessory design. Whilst they can be 3D printed,
they're mainly meant to be used in CAD software such as Fusion 360.


Printer Used: Monoprice Maker Select Plus

Filament Used: PLA+

Extruder: 204C 
Bed: 54C 
First Layer Print Height: .22mm 
Standard Layer Height: .16mm
Wall Thickness: .40 
Wall Perimeters: 3
Infill: 20%
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
Material Flow: 100%


Hardware Needed: 

1x M5x30 Hex Socketed Machine Screw/Bolt

1x M5 Hex Nut (Be sure both bolt & nut are the same thread pitch.)


Installation:

1) Press the M5 hex nut into it's indexing socket.

2) With the hex nut installed, slide the template onto the rail and align the bolt channel with
   the preferred rail slot of installation.

3) Drive the bolt through the channel and start threading into the hex nut.

4) Tighten the bolt into the hex nut until the template is mounted firmly in place. The end of 
   bolt shouldn't protrude past the hex nut indexing slot. Avoid overtightening the bolt.
