The 209 MILC is works the same as the 38spl version but is drilled in reverse of the 38spl.
Smaller Diameter hole at the Hexhead and Larger Diameter hole at the Thread Side.
209 goes in the hex and grub screw in the threaded side. A step file is provided to give a 
clear picture of how it should be structured.
