The US government is trying to develop a new grenade that has 2 roles, 

(A) defensive (B) Offensive  and must contain an adjustable Digital timer, here is my design:

SPECS: 

4 X SHAPED CHARGES 

4 X LIQUID FILLED DEFLECTING CHAMBERS

TWIST CHARGE (By rotating the base of the grenade by 90 degrees you will choose between detonating the fragmenting shell or not) !IN OFFENSIVE MODE THE SHELL IS MOVED OUT OF THE WAY. IN DEFENSIVE MODE THE SHELL IS POSITIONED IN FRONT OF THE SHAPED CHARGE!
