║   This frame is designed around the Browning Buck Mark and utilizes parts    ║
║       kits available online. The main frame on a Buck Mark is machined       ║
║   aluminum. This being plastic does introduce some design complexities and   ║
║      great care should be taken when assembling. Though this is not as       ║
║     difficult as other rimfire semi-automatic pistols, there is still a      ║
║    level of difficulty in assembling. For detailed assembly instructions,    ║

║   Frame should be saved to print with the magwell flat on buildplate. That   ║
║   is the suggested orientation. Make sure you include supports everywhere    ║
║   Filament: PLA+ suggested                                                   ║
║   Nozzle Size: .4mm - if you print this in larger nozzle diameter the fine   ║
║   details won't translate well and could cause poor performance              ║

║   1. For the screw that goes into the frame post, you’ll use the M4 bolt     ║
║   and a heat set insert underneath - operating as a captive nut. You can     ║
║   install the bolt and heat-set and then heat the bolt and press with your   ║
║   soldering iron. Although it takes longer it will prevent plastic going     ║
║   into the threads of the heat-set insert. Clear any melted plastic by       ║
║   hand with a drill bit. Don’t over-tighten this or it will cause your       ║
║   slide to bind.                                                             ║
║                                                                              ║
║   2. To install the ejector, melt it into place with the soldering iron.     ║
║   Use the slide without the recoil spring as a guide on where it should be   ║
║   positioned and allow it to cool fully before removing slide.               ║
║                                                                              ║
║   3. If your magazine latch is too tight, use a 1/4” drill bit to ream the   ║
║   hole.                                                                      ║
║                                                                              ║
║   4. When installing the trigger pins, they’re meant to be EXTREMELY tight   ║
║   in the trigger body. It’s better to press them in with a c-clamp or vise   ║
║   slowly as opposed to hammering them in. Otherwise it’s very possible you   ║
║   will break your frame. For the smaller top pin, it doesn’t need to be      ║
║   centered in the frame, but just needs to be flush with the side of the     ║
║   frame so the grip panel will close on it.                                  ║
║                                                                              ║
║   5. Don’t over-tighten your grip screws!!!                                  ║
║                                                                              ║
║   6. Use the lower magazine ejector roll pin as a nub for your grip panels   ║
║   to seat in place. It is desired for it to be sticking out about 1mm on     ║
║   either side of the frame.                                                  ║
║                                                                              ║
║   7. If your parts kit came with the magazine disconnector safety, you can   ║
║   omit it. This has been deleted in the frame.                               ║
