You may modify and / or distribute the files and designs under the proviso that "Hoffman Tactical" is in the title of the document / file.
You may use the designs to manufacture as many items as you see fit, under the proviso that if you manufacture the item for resale, we may require you to mark the final product with "Hoffman Tactical".
